Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plans and implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions
  • Work closely with HR Leaders to provide reporting and analysis to support key initiatives and summaries to present and interpret data, identify alternatives, and suggest and justify recommendations
  • Talent management activities including recruitment & selection of new employees, new hire orientation, training and onboarding, scheduling interviews, working with the recruiting system and process, etc.
  • Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Compile and analyze data and make recommendations regarding human resources programs and systems; assist in the development and implementation of related policies.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Continuous improvement and development of processes


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
