Job Description

Performance Health is seeking a Customer Service Rep I to join our team. As part of the Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high standards of service to customers in order to develop and maintain a quality reputation in the marketplace, build public relations and increase sales.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Accurate and efficient data entry of all fax/email orders meeting established hourly/weekly/monthly KPI's.
Email correspondence to customer or sales rep using an established template
Assist with phone que overflow as needed
Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1 years of experience in a service or data entry role
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word and Excel
Efficient and accurate data input & processing of core customer transactions e.g. sales orders, returns, new account setup
Able to proficiently use the internet & email applications, including management of multiple email inboxes
Experience working in a remote environment
Experience working in a structured environment following Schedule Adherence

This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $16.00 - $18.00 plus benefits.
