Groundsman I (North Royalton, OH) – Full Time  

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. In the slower season, worker will inventory supplies, clean and maintain equipment. ***MULTIPLE OPEN POSITIONS AVAILABLE*****

Position Requirements:

No education required. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds. Some overtime and weekends are required. Required daily travel to various job sites located in Summit, Medina, Cuyahoga, Ashland, and Lorain counties in Ohio. The employer will provide free round-trip to client sites and back from the employer's main business address. The employer will provide free tools and materials as required.
