Shift: Saturday - Wednesday 8AM -5:00PM.Overtime as needed.

Summary of This Role
Consults with internal/external customers to plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to provide an efficient workflow that adheres to internal and external SLA's adherence. May aid in monitoring and reporting of performance and adherence to client SLA's. Uses complex models to develop operational capacity and monitors workflow to achieve optimal scheduling of multiple jobs from clients across the entire production process. Forecasts work volume based on prior history and forecasting from clients. Assists in developing pro-forma statements based on existing trends and performance levels. May help develop software tracking databases as needed.

What Part Will You Play?

Trains on card, print, or statement processing production floor to acquire a thorough knowledge of the processes, workflow, capacity/ limitation issues of the area supported. Attends daily scheduling meetings for their area to learn and determine machine workflow assignments.
Assists with monitoring internal computer system to determine if work is being processed and on pace to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Communicates situational awareness of all processing jobs status to leadership during the shift.
Compiles, reviews and submits detailed production information to internal customers, as directed. Assists with the collection and analysis of process failures and escalates for appropriate corrective action.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Relevant Experience or Degree in: Business or equivalent, or 2 years training and related experience in lieu of degree
