Position Summary:

A General Warehouse Associate will work independently to sort and inventory merchandise with a focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders
  • Use of handheld scanner and/or computer
  • Moving product, moving and stacking pallets
  • Sort and inventory merchandise
  • Maintain a clean, orderly work environment
  • Adheres to safety and promotes safe work practices
  • Assist in unloading/loading of freight trailers
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience using RF handheld scanners preferred
  • Basic language communication skills
  • Capacity to work independently or within a team environment and follow direction
  • Warehouse experience is a plus but not required for consideration.


Physical Requirements:
  • Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching
  • Continuous lifting/carrying of 25 lbs. or more up to 50 lbs.
  • Positional: Frequent standing and walking
  • Gross Mobility: Climbing, frequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation.
