 pipe threading for the oil & gas industry.

Job Description: Will operate CNC machines in a safe, efficient manner that produces a quality product that contributes to targeted profit level of the company. 

Responsibilities/Duties: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Wear safety equipment at all times during working hours.
• Manufacture API products and/or customer specific.
• I.D. stamp every processed part. (if requested)
• Efficiently meet daily production requirements.
• Inform Quality Inspector of any machine set-ups for a first and/or last article inspections.
• Maintain all LMI tooling in good working conditions. (machine, plug gauges or other quality tools)
• Verify received pallets at the workstation are identified.
• Notify the Supervisor of any problem (safety, quality, production, or maintenance)
• Show up to work on time on a daily basis.
• Maintain workstation clean and organized.
• Other minor duties may be assigned.

Details: This is a full-time, hourly/ non-exempt position. Starting wage is $13.00 per hour. Workdays are Monday through Saturday, 6am to 6pm., mandatory overtime. Company will accept a trainee and do on-the-job training.

Qualifications:.  Must be at least 18 years old.  Must be physically able to do medium lifting up to 50 lbs. Must have attention-to-detail and be focused. No experience necessary--company will train.  Will be required to complete production reports daily.
