This role provides an opportunity to join Hexion as an Intern in our Human Resources Department, promoting our talent acquisition and recruitment strategy. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates, and internal stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of recruiting to kickstart your career in human resources.

Job Responsibilities






What is Talent Acquisition?

Talent Acquisition, also known as recruiting, supports large scale initiatives across the company-wide enterprise and creates strategies to bring top talent into Hexion.

Job Responsibilities


Coordination and scheduling of interviews ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.
Building social media and email campaigns.
Organizing and facilitating recruitment events, such as on-site interviews and other Talent Acquisition activities.
Maintaining recruitment metrics and reports.
Prepare recruiting materials and presentations.
Collaboration with other departments.

Minimum Qualifications






The required skills, knowledge and experience include:


Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources, marketing, communications or a related discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with teams effectively.
Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a process-driven environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

If currently an employee of the Company, you must have current satisfactory work performance and in most cases, have been in your current role for 18 months.
