Full-Time Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pm
$17.00/hr

The Spirit of the Position:

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the regional leadership team. The Assistant represents the region by greeting and creating a welcoming atmosphere toward applicants, employees, customers, and clients by providing excellent service, coordinating recruitment efforts, answering all inbound calls, and helping positively resolve inquiries, complaints, etc.

Responsibilities:

Answer telephone calls and provide excellent customer service. Direct calls to the appropriate department and answer voicemails
Maintain office supply inventory and process orders. Organize and refill supplies.
Organize and maintain the delivery and mail area.
Open and distribute mail.
Code and process invoices.
Help with walk-in customers.
Other related duties as assigned.
Assist the Revenue team with Reports, Account Receivables, and Notes

Experience:

Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Teams. Customer service

Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
