Job Description
Aerobraze, a division of Wall Colmonoy manufactures turbine engine components like turbine nozzles, turbine vanes, complete turbine engines (both manufacturing and repair), diffusers, honeycomb seals and segments, heat shields, and parts for various turbomachinery.

Essential Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision components
Operate mills (Doosan, Haas, Makino) and lathes (Femco, Haas, Okuma, Romi, manual, VTL)
Perform machine set-up
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications
Read gauges and other inspection equipment to confirm conformity, and accuracy, of work
Determine the best machining methods and sequence of operations
Hold tight dimensional tolerances
Run multiple machines concurrently
Troubleshoot and optimize CNC programs for efficiency
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to achieve production goals
Maintain and perform routine maintenance on CNC machines
Qualifications and Experience
High School degree or equivalent is required
A technical or Associate degree or equivalent in CNC programming or machining is a plus
Background in aerospace is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
