Inventory Control Clerk-1st shift
Summary: Responsible for managing accurate inventory control procedures and policies to meet company inventory objectives. Coordinate job reconciliation according to bill of material requirements and actual usage to ensure proper reporting. Provides leadership, training, and direction to associates to improve inventory and data accuracy. Serves as the ERP expert. Maintain proper security requirements. Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible reconciling and overseeing aspects of material transactions to assure data accuracy and integrity within all areas of the business
Educate and train inventory and production teams on best practices for maintaining transactional accuracy
Review accuracy of WIP status and resolve discrepancies cross functionally with controlling and accounting
Participate in inventory cycle counts, verifications and keeping ERP systems up to date
Assist in preparation, leading and participating in physical inventories
Develop and improve processes effecting inventory accuracy
Audit warehouse and floor operations transactions for accuracy and integrity.
Oversee all transactions that affect inventory and must resolve issues in a timely manner
Ensure all Inventory Control documentation, procedures, and policies are followed and kept up to date as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma required; College degree preferred
At least 5 years of Inventory Control experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Proficient ERP skills and disciplines
