Job Duties: Must have a strong background in operating CNC machines, specifically working with both metal and plastic materials.
- Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to job orders and specifications
- Load materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment and positioning
- Monitor machines and make adjustments during operation to ensure they are running smoothly
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy; making any necessary adjustments to the machine settings
- Maintain and clean machines on a regular basis to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Please Note:
- Starting wage: $18.00 to $28.00 per hour, based upon experience, skills & abilities.
- Full-time, 40 hrs. per week,.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
- Strong understanding of machining techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be able to do medium lifting up to 50 lbs.
