Job Description

Position Purpose

The successful candidate will perform classroom, range exercises and over the road instruction related to CDL training classes at Stark State College.

Classes are offered for both Class A and Class B CDL training.

Essential Functions

Teach andperform classroom, range exercises and over the road instruction related to CDL training classes at Stark State College.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

High School Diploma or GED
Requires effective communication and presentation skills.
Requires experience using MS Office products.
Must be able to meet College insurability requirements

Additional requirements to teachCLASS A:
Must hold an Ohio Class ACDLLicense and
have 3 years of full-time equivalent driving experience.

Additional requirements to teachCLASS B:
Must hold an Ohio Class BCDLLicense and
Must have 3 years of full-time equivalent driving experience.

Class A and/or Class B Commercial Driving experience and industry experience.
