PAC Worldwide, a leading packaging solutions provider, is seeking aConverting Production Supervisorto join ourovernightteam. (3rd shift - 12 midnight - 8am Sun - Thurs)
In this critical role, you will lead a team of packers and machine operators, ensuring efficient, high-quality production of our converting packaging materials. Your primary focus will be meeting ambitious production goals while maintaining strict safety protocols and quality standards.
As the Converting Production Supervisor, yourresponsibilitieswill include:
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping and safety practices on your shift
- Ensuring adherence to customer specifications and quality procedures
- Developing and motivating your team to achieve department objectives
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics and more
- Strategically planning staffing needs and onboarding new hires
To excel in this position, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of related experience, ideally in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet production deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
