We are currently seeking janitorial supervisors on 2nd shift in the Marion, OH area!

Responsibilities include: supervise work activities of janitorial personnel and assign duties. ensuring each employee is trained and supported to safely perform quality cleaning services, making a weekly supply list, leading a team of employees, cleaning the facility if there is a shortage of workers/call-offs and performing daily inspections to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs consistently, with or without accommodations.
• Experience in the cleaning industry or similar field is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.
