Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
*Review and analyze company financial statements, revenue trends, cash flow reports, debt obligations.
*Analyze the corporate structure and operations to ensure accurate accounting of all income and expenses; identify anomalies or gaps.
*Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings.
*Collaborate with operations, finance, legal and other key stakeholders.
*Develop and implement strategies to prevent future financial controls.
*Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
*Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings, if required
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
*Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in accounting; CPA or CFF preferred.
*Minimum of 5+ years in forensic accounting.
*Proficiency in accounting software and data analysis tools.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
*High level of integrity and attention to detail.
*Experience with legal proceedings and providng expert testimony is a plus.
