Social Media Co-Op

About the Job

Candidate will support the Sherwin-Williams Consumer Brands Social Media team across a range of activities including social media content calendars, community management, and social listening. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Assist in crafting social media content calendars by helping with creating, reviewing and scheduling posts.
Assist in Surprise & Delight campaigns for brands such as Purdy, Krylon, and Minwax.
Utilize the digital tools such as Sprout and Social Commerce (Curalate) to report on social media performance where needed.
Researching and communicating out social media trends and channel changes.

Position Requirements

Required:


Availability to work in a long term co-op (9-12 months)
Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week (3+ days) while in school
Strong Microsoft Office suite experience (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Education:


Minimum High School education or equivalent
Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent

Preferred:


Minimum 3.0 GPA strongly preferred
Expected graduation date of Winter 2025 or anytime in 2026
Demonstrated leadership by involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
