Job Description: Creative Source Design Group in Canton, OH, is hiring a Production Specialist (Part Time / Full Time).

We are looking for a Production Specialist to join our team. While some experience in the sign industry is preferred, training will be provided for the right candidate. Additional skills in sign installation will receive extra consideration. Previous sign industry experience and knowledge of sign technology such as

sign-making production tools and equipment, laminating, weeding, vinyl application or other aspects of sign making is a plus! If you enjoy working with your hands, have attention to detail, are quality conscious, mechanically inclined and work well under deadlines, please send your resume.

Production Requirements

Projects:

• Printing, cutting, weeding and masking of intermediate cut or digital print vinyl
• Applying vinyl to various substrates
• Printing and finishing of digital print banners

Machines:

• Operation and maintenance of plotter and wide-format printer

Onyx RIP Software:

• Sending prepared artwork files from computer to printer / plotter

Materials:

• Ordering media, substrates and other supplies from vendors as needed

Installer Requirements (If Applicable):

• -Applying vinyl graphics / digital prints to windows, interior walls, vehicles, etc.
• Hanging exterior signs and banners
• Installing non-illuminated 3D letters to interior/exterior surfaces (stud-mount, tape-mount, etc.)
• Digging and installing signposts
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work on ladders up to 10 feet

Pay depends on experience.

High school or equivalent education preferred.

Details: Part time / full time. First Shift (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). 35 hours/week. Monday through Friday. $15.00/hour to $18.00/hour (based on experience).

Qualifications: High school diploma / GED preferred. At least 1 year of experience preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Driver’s License Requirement(s): Must have valid driver’s license.

Pre-Employment Testing: Criminal Background Check, Reference Check.
