The Blueprint (Role Profile)
Support operations by reading incoming orders and selecting the correct items to ship. Receive and communicate updates on any incoming shipments.
The Build (Responsibilities)
Operate equipment in the shipping and receiving area to meet productivity targets set by the Company.
Pick orders as assigned, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Complete required documentation.
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition, and follow plant safety rules and policies.
May perform other duties as required by the department.
The Toolbox (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED required.
2-years relevant experience preferred.
Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch continuously.
Lift, push, pull, and carry 50 pounds.
Climb stairs and ladders.
