Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of change management & productivity strategies to foster innovation for corporate and enterprise customers. This candidate should be able to provide thought leadership around the use of Generative AI

As a Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organization is well-prepared for change and that change is implemented in a way that maximizes adoption and minimizes disruption - ultimately increases productivity & innovation.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the company to identify opportunities for change and develop strategies for managing those changes.

The successful candidate will demonstrate repeated successful delivery of Google Cloud deployments and related Independent Software Vendors (ISV) projects. The Senior Change Manager role will facilitate and participate in executive workshops, engage in strategic conversations with client leadership and be able to support the Project, Technical, and Sales teams, if required.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of change management & productivity strategies and plans for key initiatives including sponsorship.

Provide thought leadership around Generative AI and how corporations can include that in their productivity strategy.

Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of upcoming changes and their impact on the organization.

Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities associated with change & productivity initiatives.

Develop and deliver on training plans to ensure that users are well-prepared for changes and can effectively use new systems and processes.

Develop and implement transformation and innovation plans to ensure that users are increasing adoption and productivity of newly invested tools and help clients realize a ROI.

Work closely with project teams to ensure that change management plans are integrated into project plans and timelines.

Monitor and track the progress of change & productivity initiatives and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Identify and address issues and barriers to adoption, and adjust change management strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree and/or Prosci CM Certification preferred.

Cloud Digital Leader certified, or able to complete within the first 6 months of employment.

5+ years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of leading successful change initiatives.

A minimum of 3+ years exposure to Google Cloud and Google Workspace including deployment and training experiences with corporate and enterprise audiences.

Experience implementing productivity initiatives with Generative AI solutions.

Experience with change management methodologies and tools such as Design Thinking.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to embrace change.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Energetic and professional demeanor, and be very client oriented

Travel Expectation: Up to 20% Domestic. 5% International
