You're Perfect If You Have:
• Experience as a Manual Machinist, especially in motor manufacturing
• Skills with lathes, mills, presses, grinders, saws, drills, and welders
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Eye for detail and commitment to quality

What You'll Do:
• Create and modify motor components to exact specifications
• Set up and operate various manual machines
• Collaborate with engineering to solve complex machining challenges
• Contribute to improving our processes and efficiency

Basic Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (tech school is a plus!)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
