The Financial Planning and Analysis Leader (FP&A leader) leads the monthly financial statement preparation and analysis, as well as the annual budgeting process.
The FP&A leader will:
Leads all monthly financial statement preparation and prepares timely and accurate analyses of month-end financial reports for the executive team
Directs and leads the budget planning process
Develops financial models to evaluate changes to policies/processes and benefits
Supports CFO with financial analysis of partners and competitors including summarizing quarterly earnings calls and 990s
Assists controller with data gathering for the external annual audit and 990 tax return preparation
Ensures accounting policies and procedures are documented, enforced and up to date
Assesses current accounting operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new processes as required
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
8+ years relevant work experience in Accounting, including experience with Financial Planning & Analysis
Desired Qualifications:
Proficient in using various Microsoft Office applications including excel and PowerBI
Demonstrated ability to:
Interface effectively with all levels of management and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Work within a team environment as well as independently
Manage time & priorities and work well under pressure

Solvita recovers, processes, and distributes human tissue grafts and is the nation's largest non-profit provider of skin grafts for burn patients.
