Ohio Means Jobs - Cuyahoga County is sourcing Bar Servers for a local brewery in Midtown Cleveland. First, second and third shifts are available.
Position Overview:
This employer is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join their taproom team. They will be the face of the brewery, providing exceptional customer service while serving their delicious craft beers.
Position Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Serve beer and other beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Process customer payments and operate point-of-sale system.
- Provide beer recommendations and educate customers about our products.
- Assist with restocking inventory and maintaining bar supplies.
- Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds for a short period.
- Must be 21 years of age or above.
