Job Description

Five Star Maintenance and Construction is seeking a Renovation Specialist for full-time employment.

Requirements
Background i construction, cabinet installation, minor plumbing and electrical, drywall hanging and finishing, paint skills, carpentry, commercial door installation, and flooring.

Valid Driver's License


Daily Tasks
Communication with project managers on job progression

Writing material lists needed for next day's work

Demolition and installation of construction materials

Following work orders

Effective problem solving on site

Communicating with customer on issues encountered during project
