Available Shifts: Choose the shift that fits your schedule:
- 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM (Monday–Friday)
- 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:20 AM (Sunday–Friday)
Pay: $17.30–$22.00/hour (includes shift differential with perfect attendance)
What You’ll Do: As a CNC Technician, you'll ensure our machines run efficiently and that every part meets high quality standards. Your day will include:
- Monitoring machine performance and ensuring quality production
- Conducting inspections and accurately documenting results
- Following all safety procedures and using PPE properly
- Entering data into the XPPS system
- Performing routine preventative maintenance
- Communicating clearly with teammates to keep processes smooth
What We’re Looking For: To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of CNC or machining experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Good attendance and reliability
