HX5 is currently seeking a Management Analyst to support operations management for a Program Office within the Mobility Aircraft Directorate at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Advise senior leaders, supervisors, and managers on management operations issues.
Assist in managing all manpower, facility management, special projects, awards, training, performance management, and human resource functions.
Ensure all related Operations Management suspenses for facilities, human capital, training, awards, manpower, and safety are conducted within required timeframes.
Research a variety of manpower, civilian position management, and military data to validate mission requirements.
Serve as a Program Manager for special studies, initiatives, and projects as defined by senior leadership.
Assist in establishing and maintaining master files and file plans of program data (both classified and unclassified), to facilitate tracking and resolution of issues associated with operations.
Perform self-inspections and present detailed and comprehensive reports with any corrective actions taken or required.
Provide instructions and training to staff members and action officers on procedures for proper submission and tracking of staff packages in SharePoint and the Task Management Tool (TMT) suspense systems.
Assist with in/out-processing actions for the organization using the In and Out-Processing System. Assist in scheduling incoming personnel with in-processing appointments.

Education and Experience

Must have the following education and experience:

GED with ten (10) years of relevant experience.
Five (5) years of DoD experience.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Other Position Requirements:

Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance by date of hire.
Must be able to travel, including air travel.
