Job Summary:

The EBA Development Lead works with NetSuite and related technology, delivers high quality solutions across various industries, and collaborates with a team working on holistic development projects that range in size and scope, and receives continuous career development opportunities. This role performs hands-on development and unit testing of software solutions primarily based on NetSuite Technologies, including but not limited to SuiteCloud IDE, Suite Builder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteScript, SuiteCloud Development Framework, SuiteTalk and SuiteBundler.

Job Duties:

Software Design:


Designs solutions within NetSuite to provide maximized business value to deliver strong business agility while meeting both business and technical requirements

Consulting:


Gains a deep understanding of client needs, analyzes best practices, and plays an integral part in defining and proposing business value solutions to meet or exceed client expectation

Software Architecture:


Participates in defining the NetSuite Software and Data environment for new and existing solutions

Business Requirements Gathering:


Leads client requirements gathering sessions and accurately documents business requirements

Implementation and Support:


Supervises and performs software deployments and ongoing software support of our NetSuite solutions

Other duties as required

Supervisory Responsibilities:


Leads a team of developers within projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Ensures time reporting accuracy and oversees the technical management of projects
Performs code reviews and ensures adherence to standards
Provides mentoring and best practices advice to team members
Participates in code review of peer work

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:


Bachelor's degree, required; focus in Computer Science, preferred

Experience:


Ten (10) or more years of software development experience, required
Experience, building complex workflows, plugins/triggers, and libraries, preferred
Experience within a consultative environment, preferred
Experience with the following, preferred:

Familiarity with Cloud Technologies
Agile Software Development Experience
Experience using source control (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira or similar)
Professional experience coding with the SuiteCloud development environment

License/Certifications:

Development Experience with one or more of the following, required:

Plugin Development (C#, .Net)
Trigger Development (Apex, Code Coverage)
Front End Development (JavaScript, TypeScript, WebAPI)
Lightning Web Component Development (Apex, JavaScript, VS Code, HTML, CSS)
Database Server Experience (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL or similar)
SQL Development Experience (Queries, Functions, Stored Procedures)
Business Intelligence (ADF, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, or similar business intelligence technologies)
CI/CD Pipeline experience (i.e., GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, Gitlab Runners, etc.)

Other Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:


Able to develop and learn new and emerging technologies
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be open to travel to client sites, if needed

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

National Range: $150,000 - $185,000
Maryland Range: $150,000 - $185,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $150,000 - $185,000
