Required Skills

The Team Member We're Looking For...

Our Shipping Team needs someone who has excellent hand-eye coordination to operate a forklift close to shelves and other workers in a warehouse, who is prepared to work in various warehouse functions like the pick line and has great attention to detail to help maintain process accuracy and efficiency. This person will communicate with others to ensure workers are safe throughout their shift. In addition to your team mates, you'll get to meet and work with supervisors, leads and other warehouse employees.

As a Warehouse Worker, these are some of the things you'd do during the course of the day:


Be very attentive to any foreign object, or damage salad bag. Notify your supervisor immediately.
Able to work around equipment and machinery.
Must be able to perform picking, consolidating, cleaning, and certain clerical functions as well as other non-forklift activities in the warehouse. all functions as a shipping forklift operator, includes pick line function. Delete forklift operator duties.
Able to work around equipment and machinery delete already listed
Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management.
Employees must adhere to all policies, practices, and SOP's related to producing Safe Quality Food (SQF)
Ensure the integrity and continued operation of the food safety system in the event of organizational or personnel changes within the company or associated facilities
Support special projects and other duties as assigned

For this role, you want to dress warm! You would be working in a cool environment with an average temperature of 34F. The work surfaces and floors may be wet and you would be working around different types of chemicals. There is a lot going on, like moving machinery, including conveyors and forklifts that are in operation in the immediate area, so noise levels are high. And we've got you covered! Safety is ALWAYS first, so we have protocols and protective equipment to help you be able to get the job done.

Required Experience

What You'll Need to Start


High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience in a food processing environment
Experience with picking/ selection, material handling and other warehouse duties


Ability to work weekends and overtime based on coverage needs


Ability to bend, stoop and move up to 50 pounds


Ability to work in a wet, cold and noisy environment with an average temperature of 34F

Must have the ability to work shifts that include weekends and work overtime when needed
