The Telecommunications Engineering Project Manager will be a key piece of daily job duties to ensure projects meet timelines and successful implementation. Requires advanced knowledge of Outside Plant (OSP) and Network Engineering designs and technologies.

Works under limited supervision. Provides guidance and direction to engineering teams to meet desired outcomes.

Responsibilities



Delivered projects on time and within budget while aligning with strategic objectives.
Ability to communicate effectively to peers and upper management.
Must be detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
Lead strategic network design and implementation for major network initiatives.
Oversee project planning, execution, and completion for complex network infrastructure projects.
Develop detailed project roadmaps, define deliverables, and manage project timelines and budgets.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment and ensure seamless execution.
Identify and mitigate project risks to keep projects on track and within scope.
Monitor and analyze engineering production metrics - including job completion rates, resource utilization, and project timelines - Identify and address performance gaps and production bottlenecks.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase production output and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the Engineering team to assess workload capacity and align project distribution with resource availability to maximize throughput.
Establish and track KPIs to measure the impact of production improvements and drive continuous efficiency gains.
Identify and resolve process inefficiencies within the Engineering department to improve production capacity and execution consistency.
Implement industry best practices and automation tools to reduce administrative burdens and increase task completion efficiency.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by empowering team members to drive process refinement and problem-solving.
Improve reporting accuracy and data visibility by introducing performance-based metrics and automation tools to track operational impact.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience and 5+ years' telecommunications experience required.

Salary



Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $91,244 - $138,299
