Home Training RN
Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is looking for a motivated registered nurse who is looking to empower their patients through education and encouragement. With your program-solving and critical thinking skills, you will have the chance to give your patients the capacity to perform their dialysis treatments at home and offer them a chance to be in charge of their lifestyle and free time with the help of your teammates.

The Job
Educating prospective patients on how a home dialysis modality can offer comfort and freedom
Training patients on their chosen home dialysis modality; peritoneal or home hemodialysis
Collaborating with a Nephrologist to come up with treatment plans that best works for the patient
Educational workshops to keep the team up to date on the latest technologies and evidence based practices
Following your patients' conditions and lab results to ensure safety and success of their chosen modality
Rotating on-call with the help of an answering service to help patients when office is closed
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
12 months of experience in nursing
Additional 3 months of experience with specific modality
Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation
Current CPR/BLS certification
Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from accredited school; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); or three year diploma from accredited program.
The ability to reach and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively with clients and fellow state members.
