Position Purpose:

Assist Controls Quality Manager in assuring the quality elements of incoming materials and material in the work cells. Assemble, package, and label components for pneumatic and electronic control systems. Training to ISO work instructions and quality in specified work cells.

Qualifications - External

Essential Functions:

* Understand and apply the Business Unit Principals
* Understand and follow Quality Assurance system
* Perform incoming receiving inspections
* Inspect and evaluate components returned from customers on RGA's and specify work necessary before components can be returned to stock.
* Assist in performance of tests to effectively evaluate product
* Cross train in all areas of Manufacturing
* Communicate openly within the team and work out issues one on one

Education and Training


* High School diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited school
Minimum Qualifications


* Read and understand assembly drawings, bills of material, and production documents
* Basic computer skills, MS Excel including graphing, Word, and Power-point

Physical Demands


* Frequent sitting, work at computer for extended periods of time.
* Ability to walk throughout plant and stand for extended periods of time
* Lift no more than 50 lbs.

* Office and Manufacturing environment
