Key Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Build and assemble custom wooden pallets according to customer specifications
- Load and unload materials using proper material handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse space effectively
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Required Qualifications
- Valid stand-up forklift certification
- Minimum 1 year experience operating stand-up forklifts
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation
