Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist, University Relations to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This position reports to the University and Community Relations Manager and is responsible for recruiting top early career and intern talent while representing Woolpert at university campuses and building long-term partnerships. Qualified candidates will be ambitious, detail-oriented, and energized by relationship-building and seasonal travel.

We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

What You Will Do:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for early career and intern roles, from requisition through onboarding.
Attend and represent Woolpert at university career fairs, networking events, and campus presentations.
Build strong relationships with university partners, career services teams, and student organizations.
Track, manage, and report on candidate pipelines using our applicant tracking system.
Conduct Kick-Off sessions with Hiring Managers efficiently by asking the appropriate questions and gathering detailed information, analyze resumes accurately, and comprehending complex search requirements.
Create and provide a detailed job posting/description to prospective candidates, including a detailed description of the benefits package, as appropriate.
Build excellent relationships with Hiring Leaders by creating customized strategies, resolving concerns, communicating effectively, and provide excellent customer service.
Conduct candidate interviews, schedule and coordinate interviews, compose and create offer letters.
Contribute to internship program strategy, branding, and continuous improvement efforts.
Travel to several university career fair events during peak recruiting seasons (spring and fall).
Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, university relations, HR, or a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse preferred.
CRM experience is a plus.
Exceptional people skills - must be a "people person" and possess a servant leadership attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals.
Passion for helping others grow their careers and navigating early talent development.

The base pay range for this position is $59,000 - $82,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
