Identify meaningful insights from large datasets from multiple sources and provide insights and interpretations of the data to product, service, and business managers. Interact with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments. Develop and code algorithms to support the cleaning of large data sets including structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights in support of the MQ IT lead projects. Lead Communication between NAMQ and IT for problem, enhancement, and project promotion. Represent NAMQ and the entire system users in this liaison role. Develop internal strategies for creating and maintaining modernized applications to accomplish current and future business goals. Initiate appropriate enhancement flows and communication between NAMQ and IS Dept by working with requestors to understand project/problem scope and utilize PDCA cycle to ensure continuous improvement. Assess business impact of open problems/enhancements and escalate through IS Department to achieve maximum impact for business applications. Create and maintain appropriate system documentation to support NAMQ users. Establish, promote, and lead training activities to support NAMQ users in both application usage and efficiently extracting useful information. Advise on-going project teams to ensure they are on track to achieve milestones on time.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering. 8 yrs of relevant professional exp with Information Technology, analytical or information analysis in the automotive domain; 8 yrs of exp in project management focused in middle and senior management communication; 8 yrs of exp in project management; 8 yrs of exp in risk and issues management; 5 yrs of exp in data or analytics project management; 5 yrs of exp in roadmap development for systems; 5 yrs of exp in organization change management; and 5 yrs of exp in organization task management.
