Job Overview
2060 Digital is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to contribute to the development and maintenance of custom and standard dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. The BI Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to understand the reporting requirements and provide actionable insights through data visualization. Initially reporting to the Sr. Director of Data and Analytics, this role will transition to the Manager of Insights upon team expansion.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Manager and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom and standard dashboards using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data visualization and insights.
- Gather, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Design and implement data models and structures that support efficient data retrieval and analysis.
- Perform data quality checks and implement data validation processes to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, digital strategists, and data analysts, to ensure the delivery of actionable dashboards.
- Train and support users in effectively utilizing dashboards and self-service reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability and performance of data infrastructure and systems.
- Continuously assess and improve dashboard usability, accessibility, and user experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and ETL processes.
- Experience in data manipulation and querying using SQL or similar languages.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to function successfully in team environment.
- Ability to work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
