Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Service Solutions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a Customer Experience Implementation Specialist who will be the project manager supporting the onboarding of new clients and programs. You will be providing leadership for multiple projects while interfacing with clients and multiple Taylor departments.

Your Responsibilities:

Oversees all aspects of a project, including the coordination and completion of client implementation projects, which often involves the creation of an order website

Gather all requirements and document in a Statement of Work or an informal Scope document

Assemble project teams as requirements are uncovered

Lead weekly progress calls, providing agendas beforehand as well as meeting notes and action items after each call

Develop project plans to include all necessary tasks, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and hold all task owners accountable

Create process flows, guidelines, and other appropriate documentation as needed

Lead client webinars for end user training prior to a site launch

Provide meaningful reports for leadership, clients, and key stakeholders regarding the status of projects, risks, and issues (including mitigation and contingency plans)

Performs a variety of tasks which may include leading and directing the work of others

Participates in planning of departmental activities based on knowledge and experience

You Must Have:

Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of project management experience

5+ years of experience working directly with customers in a B2B setting

Strong verbal and written communicationskills; ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization as well as with external contacts

Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Salesforce

Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills

Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to be detail and results oriented

Ability to be self-sufficient as well as a team player

We Would Also Prefer:

PMP certification

Experience in writing business documents including scope and developing a Statement of Work

Experience with PowerPoint and Visio
