Job Summary

We’re looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for benchmarking compensation for all roles across the organization, supporting pay-related processes, and helping build data-driven strategies for employee benefits—especially our self-funded health plan. Your work will ensure our compensation and benefits programs are equitable, competitive, and aligned with business & financial goals. Also, you’ll lead or assist with data and reporting for other department needs such as workforce metrics, standard reporting, and ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

You’ll manage a wide range of responsibilities—from administering pay increases and analyzing benefits utilization trends, to building, running, and analyzing workforce metrics. Your insights and reporting will help guide key decisions and shape a total rewards strategy that supports our employees and controls costs. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field of study required
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation and/or benefits analysis; prior HR experience in other areas preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with compensation survey platforms (e.g., Mercer, PayScale, Comp analyst) and benefits data tools
  • Experience with HRIS platforms - SAP preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations related to compensation and benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across departments
  • Demonstrated ability in simplifying complex organizational problems and creating varied solutions to solve them
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong demonstrated focus on customer service delivery and timely turnaround required
