We are seeking an experienced and skilled Infrastructure IoT Lead to lead our Manufacturing Digital Infrastructure implementation globally. This person will be a key partner and resource for the Global Engineering team as we deploy digital tools to improve Manufacturing operations around the world. The Infrastructure IoT Lead will have both strong project management and communication skills and be able to organize diverse teams of people to deploy and support digital improvements in our manufacturing locations.

You will have an opportunity to:

• IoT Systems Management:

  • Oversee the deployment, integration, and maintenance of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and MES

  • Ensure the reliability and performance of IoT systems across all manufacturing facilities

  • Develop and implement IoT strategies to enhance operational efficiency and data collection

• Azure Cloud Integration:

  • Manage and optimize Azure cloud services to support IoT infrastructure

  • Implement cloud-based solutions for data storage, processing, and analytics

  • Ensure secure and scalable cloud architecture for IoT applications

• AI and Machine Learning:

  • Develop and deploy AI models to improve predictive maintenance, quality control, and process optimization.

  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into IoT systems

  • Monitor and refine AI algorithms to ensure accuracy and effectiveness

• Project Management and Collaboration:

  • Lead cross-functional projects to implement new IoT and AI initiatives

  • Work with IT, engineering, and operations teams to align IoT strategies with business goals

  • Provide training and support to staff on IoT and AI technologies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience in the industry

• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT operations and/or infrastructure management

• Strong project management and leadership skills

• Experience in IT Infrastructure operations including Windows servers, Azure cloud, and basic networking

• Virtualization experience including Azure HCI, Hyper-V.

• Backup technologies experience

• Experience with IT operational technology/IoT devices

• Preferred: Experience with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, MES. Experience with Federal business and security requirements

The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

The candidate selected will have to qualify as either a U.S. citizen, a U.S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a Person Admitted into the U.S. as an Asylee or Refugee., a National of a country that is not prohibited from having access to U.S. controlled technology (via a letter of assurance), or a Person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction.
