Job title: Front Desk Coordinator
Job skills/requirements:
- Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars.
- Provide general administrative support to staff, including data entry, filing, and documentation preparation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees and other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service orientation.

Hours:
Pay Scale: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
