We're looking for a detail-focused, quality-driven Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll operate industrial sewing machines to produce components used in prosthetic liners-where consistency, craftsmanship, and care make all the difference.

Your Role – Focused on Quality and Craftsmanship:

  • Sew high-quality materials using both straight stitch and overlock machines
  • Understand and perform basic adjustments and part replacements on sewing equipment
  • Accurately identify correct fabrics, threads, sizes, and colors per work order
  • Follow detailed written instructions and read production reports with care
  • Inspect your work and repair defects to ensure top-notch product quality
  • Enter tracking data into our Alpha sewing database with accuracy
  • Assist in the stamping process and organize materials in designated bins
  • Perform daily machine care including oil checks, tension settings, and component checks

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of sewing experience (industrial or home)
  • Solid knowledge of sewing machine operation and troubleshooting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Basic computer/data entry skills helpful
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a mission-driven company
