Administrative Assistant - NV5/Bock & Clark (Administrative Department) Location: Canton, Ohio, Type: Full Time, In-person.

Responsibilities
As an administrative assistant, you will:
Communicate and serve as the liaison between clients and managers
Answer the telephone and forward calls to appropriate party in a timely matter
Maintain and monitor voicemails
Request and retrieve necessary documentation for ongoing projects
Distribute mail and assist with mailing needs of remote employees/clients
Provide administrative support to managers (scan reports, email surveys, take inventory of materials, etc.)
Perform general office duties as assigned
Compensation: Base compensation of $35,000 with potential to earn up to $5,000 more in bonus annually (paid quarterly)
Qualifications
Qualifications
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)
Solid organizational, multitasking and time-management skills
Comfortable with inbound/outbound phone calls
Previous administrative experience (preferred, not required)
Aptitude to understand policies/procedures/protocols relating to business and maintain confidentiality
Completion of high school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check
