Gary’s Auto Body is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle body repair, dent removal, and refinishing to restore vehicles to their original condition. Responsibilities:
- Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans.
- Perform bodywork repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
- Sand, prime, and paint vehicle surfaces to match factory finishes.
- Replace damaged parts such as bumpers, fenders, and doors.
- Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Work with insurance companies to process claims and estimate repair costs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Repair Technician.
- Knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to operate welding equipment, paint sprayers, and other repair tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license required.
