Summary:
The Dietetic Assistant screens patients for nutritional risk, documents nutrition follow up, modifies diets and uses the nutrient analysis program.

Responsibilities:
1.Screens patients for nutritional risk.

2.Documents nutrition follow-up.

3.Writes modifies diets and uses the nutrient analysis program.

4.Other duties as required.

Other information:
Technical Expertise
1.Experience in Nutrition and Dietetics preferred.

2.Experience working with all levels within an organization is preferred.

3.Experience in healthcare is preferred.

4.Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required.

Education and Experience
1.Education: Bachelor's degree in Dietetics required.

2.Certification: None

3.Years of experience: 0-2 years preferred.

4.Years of experience supervising: None
