Shift: First, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Workdays: M-Sat, Sat shift 6am-Noon
Education Level: High School Diploma or equivalent
Pay Range: $18.81 per hour

Position Summary:
As a General Laborer at BRP Manufacturing, you'll play a hands-on role in the day-to-day production of rubber goods. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys physical work, and takes pride in producing quality materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of rubber manufacturing equipment
- Handle raw rubber materials and load them into machines
- Inspect, trim, and package finished rubber products to meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Perform general plant duties including sweeping, moving materials, and assisting other departments
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or product defects to supervisors
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
