Job Description
Perform the full hiring process of employees includes recruitment, interviews, verifying work-history and references and tracking of new possible candidates; Organize, maintain and update employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions; Help with new-hire procedures including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, administering employee handbooks and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate persons; Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations; Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations; Abide by company enforced HR processes and current employment laws and regulations; Resolve benefits-related problems; Ensure the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services.
