Job Description
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to create own recipe, create seasonal menu, and prepares bakery items according to recipes and industry accepted techniques
Knowledge of scratch doughs, pies, tarts, cupcakes, macaron, batters, yeast breads, cakes, cookies, etc.
Oversee and execute catering orders & special orders
Responsible for quality assurance of pastry
Restock pastries and rotate products
Check in orders and put away
Maintain stock & storage and labeling of all food items
