We deliver unmatched industry expertise, world-class training, and leading-edge solutions to maximize the return on our clients' technology investments.

Job Description:

As a Retention Sales Representative at IMAGINiT Technologies, you will be a critical part of our client success strategy. Your primary focus will be on managing renewals and driving long-term customer retention across our Autodesk subscription portfolio. This role requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual who can manage a book of business, build customer relationships, and drive value-based conversations around Autodesk solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Renewal Pipeline: Own and manage the end-to-end Autodesk subscription renewal process, ensuring high retention rates and timely renewals.
Customer Engagement: Contact clients via phone and email to discuss upcoming renewals, product usage, and future needs.
Value Communication: Articulate the benefits of Autodesk subscription models, updates, and IMAGINiT's value-added services.
Identify Opportunities: Recognize upsell, cross-sell, and consolidation opportunities to expand Autodesk footprints within accounts.
Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate forecasting and documentation within CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring visibility and accountability.
At-Risk Accounts: Identify and proactively engage accounts showing signs of non-renewal or low product adoption.
Partner with Internal Teams: Collaborate with account executives, customer success, and technical consultants to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Stay Informed: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Autodesk licensing models, product offerings, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

2+ years of inside sales, renewals, or account management experience-preferably in software, SaaS, or technology solutions.
Familiarity with Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Inventor, Fusion 360, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and quoting tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills-both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and prioritize a high-volume workload.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for driving business value.

Preferred Experience:

Background in a channel sales environment or value-added reseller (VAR) setting.
Experience selling to or supporting clients in architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of Autodesk's Named User licensing model and subscription lifecycle.

Why IMAGINiT?
