Mercy Health Physicians North Specialty Care LLC a part of Bon Secours Mercy Health, Inc. has an opening in Toledo, Ohio for a Critical Care / Intensivist: Neuro Physician.

Duties: Provide treatment and diagnosis to patients with neurological illnesses; Order and execute tests, analyze and diagnose images to provide information on patients' conditions; Analyze reports and findings of tests and examinations; Administer/prescribe treatments to patients; Provide vision for growth and improvement of NeuroScience Intensive Care Unit(NSICU); Provide educational sessions to hospital and medical staff regarding updates in Neurocritical care; Develop inpatient protocols and care pathways involving NSICU patient population; Attend local, regional and system functions as is beneficial for the local delivery of care and advancement of Neurocritical services. Schedule: 7 on/7 off (12 hrs/day shifts). When covering days, on call 12 hrs each night.

Requirements: MD or DO (foreign equivalent degree accepted); Unrestricted Ohio Medical License; Unrestricted DEA registration; Graduate of Neurology Residency program; and Graduate of Neuro Critical Care Fellowship.
