Job Description

Greater Cleveland Works is sourcing an Office Clerk for a local Airbnb company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls related to property inquiries, rental reservations, and general inquiries.
  • Handle Airbnb guest inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience and assisting with booking arrangements.
  • Collect and accurately record payments from tenants, guests, and clients for rentals, property management fees, and services rendered.
  • Assist in maintaining a customer database, recording tenant and guest information for future communication.
  • Facilitate property-related errands, such as delivering important documents, picking up supplies, and ensuring efficient property management operations.
  • Arrange meetings, and appointments, utilizing a shared calendar system.
