Position Overview

We're looking for a high-impact, full-desk Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Sales, Distribution, and Field Operations teams. This is not just another req-filler - we're seeking a true recruiter's recruiter: a hunter who thrives on sourcing top talent in tough and emerging markets and knows how to move fast without sacrificing quality.

You'll own the end-to-end recruiting process - from intake to offer - while building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and delivering a standout candidate experience along the way.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent in competitive and unfamiliar markets.
Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles in Sales, Distribution, and Field Ops - including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define success profiles.
Conduct structured, competency-based interviews with a strong focus on culture and values alignment.
Deliver clear, timely updates and insights using our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting dashboards.
Represent Grover Gaming at career fairs, campus events, and local networking functions.
Support employment branding efforts to promote Grover Gaming and Light & Wonder's talent brand.
Collaborate with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team on cross-functional initiatives and enterprise-wide hiring events.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal hiring laws, including awareness of immigration requirements when applicable.

Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship builder.
Data-aware with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
