Summary:

As a Senior Production / Development Planner at Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero in West Chester, OH, you will be responsible for responsible for developing the master production schedule to satisfy customer demand. Will also be responsible for providing the plant with a monthly production plan consistent with plant capacity and sales forecasts including development planning.

Primary Responsibilities:

Create and maintain Master Production Schedule for entire facility. Utilizing production capacity, taking into consideration the sales forecast, and new business opportunities.
Analyze and identify risks associated with the options built into the Master Production Schedule, including manufacturing lead times.
Perform supply-demand analysis each quarter, highlighting areas of concern for the next 12 months.
Ensure coordination with plant Planners to execute the Production Plan on a weekly and monthly basis.
Support the S&OP process meetings and update the Master Production Schedule as necessary.
Review requests of new sales orders and provide practical promise dates to Sales prior to confirmed orders.
Collaborate with Planning and Project Management teams to ensure production readiness; enable schedule stability and resolve conflicts.
Review and maintain Capacity analysis to ensure proper staffing, machine scheduling and utilization.
Ensure accurate MRP system outputs by overseeing and monitoring MRP system set up, parameters
Support and assist Supply Chain and Production Planning, when needed, in ensuring material schedules and vendor commitments support the production plan per the plant Master Schedule
Support AS9100/ISO9001 quality initiatives
Communicate effectively with all levels internal and external customers
Coordinate with Program Managers on Development programs.
Suggest improvements to streamline activities
Other duties as assigned

Exceptional analytical and data analysis abilities
Understands production, workflow, shop capacity, supply chain, manpower utilizations and load reporting
Excellent organizational, communication and follow-up skills required
Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, production planning, and inventory management principles
Ability to establish and maintain a positive work environment required
Ability to work well under tight deadlines and to adjust priorities is a must

Requirements Include:

US Citizen or Permanent Resident - Green Card Holder
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field
5+ Years of progressive HR experience required
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Previous HRIS experience required, SAP or Workday preferred
Strong organizational skills
Intermediate or above MS Office skills, specifically Excel
High level of confidentiality required
Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred

Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision

Pay Range: - annually
